Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Rebota subscriptions. It applies to all payments made on rebota.in, processed through our payment partner Razorpay.

1. Free Trial

New accounts start with a 30-day free trial with full feature access and no payment details required. Since no payment is collected during the trial, no refund is applicable for this period. You can decide whether to subscribe at any point before or after the trial ends.

2. Monthly Subscription

  • The Monthly plan is billed in advance for a 1-month period.
  • You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before your next billing date — your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • Once a monthly payment is successfully processed, that period is considered consumed and is non-refundable, except in the case of a duplicate or erroneous charge (see Section 4 below).

3. Annual Subscription

  • The Annual plan is billed in advance for a 12-month period.
  • Within 7 days of purchase: if you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of the annual fee by writing to us within 7 calendar days of the original payment date.
  • After 7 days: the annual fee becomes non-refundable for the remaining unused period; however, you may continue using the Service until the end of your paid term, and may choose not to renew at the end of the cycle.
  • You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date to prevent the next year's charge.

4. Failed, Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

If you are charged in error, charged more than once for the same subscription period, or your bank account is debited but your subscription was not activated due to a technical failure, please contact us with your registered email and the Razorpay transaction/payment ID.

Once verified, eligible refunds for failed/duplicate/erroneous payments are processed in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account/statement.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  1. Email support@rebota.in from your registered email address, or call +91 00000 00000.
  2. Include your registered email, company name, the Razorpay payment/transaction ID (found in your payment confirmation email/SMS), and the reason for your request.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm the outcome after verification.

6. Refund Method

All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction (the same card, UPI ID or bank account), via Razorpay. We do not process refunds in cash or to a different account.

7. Exceptions

Refunds are not provided where: the request is made after the applicable window described above without a valid billing error; the account was suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions; or the subscription period has already been substantially used (for monthly plans).
