Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rebota (the "Service"), a construction progress, cost and billing dashboard operated by Rebota ("Rebota", "we", "us", "our"), available at rebota.in. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rebota is a software-as-a-service ("SaaS") dashboard that allows construction businesses to record daily site logs, track activity-wise progress, control labour/material/miscellaneous costs, manage client billing, maintain inventory and a digital measurement book, and export reports. Rebota is a record-keeping and reporting tool; it does not provide engineering, legal, financial or professional construction advice, and does not guarantee the accuracy of figures you choose to enter.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.
• You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rebota.in if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Free Trial

The Service is currently offered under the following plans, as shown on our Pricing page:

• Free Trial — 30 days of full access, no payment details required.
• Monthly Plan — billed in advance every month.
• Annual Plan — billed in advance every 12 months.

Plan names, features, and prices may be updated from time to time; the prices in effect at the time of your purchase or renewal will apply to that transaction. Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Payment Terms

• All paid subscriptions are processed securely through Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway partner. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
• Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase or renewal to activate or continue your subscription.
• You confirm that any payment method you use belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it.
• In case a payment fails after an amount has been deducted from your account, please contact us with your transaction reference ID — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how this is resolved.
• GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as required by law and reflected in your invoice/receipt.

6. Billing, Renewal & Cancellation

• Monthly and Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the respective period.
• You may cancel future renewal at any time from your account Settings or by writing to us before the next billing date; cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current paid period.
• Full details on refunds, cancellation timelines and exceptions are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Your Data & Content

You retain full ownership of all project, site log, billing, inventory and measurement book data you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and display Your Data solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you. We will not use Your Data for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of the data you enter, including figures used for client billing.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems; (c) upload malicious code, or content that infringes a third party's intellectual property or rights; (d) resell, sublicense or provide access to the Service to unauthorised third parties; or (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or due to factors outside our reasonable control. We are not liable for any loss arising from such downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebota and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the subscription in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or for non-payment of applicable fees. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
