Rebota is delivered entirely online. There is no physical product to be shipped, and consequently no shipping charges, packaging or courier partners are applicable to any plan.
In the rare event that your payment is successful but your plan does not reflect in your account within 30 minutes, please do not attempt the payment again. Instead, contact our support team with your registered email and the Razorpay payment/transaction ID, and we will activate your subscription manually and promptly.
PDF-style reports generated from within the dashboard (Project Summary, Progress, Cost, Billing, Site Log, Measurement Book, Inventory) are generated and downloaded directly within your browser — there is no physical delivery or postal dispatch of any report or document.
